Introduction to Little Box Gym and demonstation of equipment to ensure you know how to use the gym before you join. Please come in appropriate gym wear. For example: - tracksuit - sweats - leggings - top - shorts - tshirt - trainers/gym footwear Bring a towel & water

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you do not notify us, you will be charged £5.
