At Little Box Gym, our approach is what makes us the best value in Manchester and we have proudly continued that philosophy since 2013.

We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective.

It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At Little Box Gym, we will help you get where you want to go.

Opening Hours

In accordance with Manchester City Council conditions, we have amended our opening hours accordingly:

Mon: 7:00am - 20:30pm

Tue: 7:00am - 20:30pm

Wed: 7:00am - 20:00pm

Thu: 7:30am - 20:30pm

Fri: 7:30am - 20:00pm

Sat: 8:30am - 12:00pm

Sun: Closed

We have a ladies only time that runs from 9.00am - 10.15am Monday to Friday.

The Gym will be closed from the 23rd December 2020 to the 4th January 2021

 

There will be reduced hours of operation during Bank Holidays. Should you wish to book, please call for times & availability.

Working with a personal trainer is not only a big investment; it’s an investment of your time and energy too. So if you’re going to go for it, make it count.

Here are some tips to get the most out of your sessions:

·         Write Down Your Goals 
“Make long-term goals and short-term goals.” Know why you’re there and work toward those goals.

·         Make a Commitment
“Try to train at least twice a week.” If that’s not in your budget, make sure you’re getting in your own workouts two to three times a week and add cardio for the best results.

·         Do It With a Friend
“Consider semi-private sessions.” Working out with a friend or two will save you money and could make your sessions more fun too.

·         Be Honest About Your Body
“You have to inform the trainer about any injuries you’ve had in the past. Be very verbal in how you feel and how the exercises feel.” Tell your trainer if you experience any pain, especially in the joints.

·         Work Within Your Schedule
Make sure that the trainer you choose can meet with you when you want to work out. “If their availability doesn’t match yours, it’s not going to work out.”

·         Don’t Forget About Nutrition
“To gain the best results you must put diet and exercise together.”
