Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) originated by a Japanese scientist, Dr. Izumi Tabata. The workout constitutes blasts of 8x20 seconds of movement with 10 seconds in between for a total of a 40 minute workout. There is a 60 second period between each blast. You will need it!
The idea is to use our own strength and body weight to naturally sculpt and define muscles, with enough intensity to get our hearts pumping.
Target areas: legs, bums, thighs, shoulders, and core.
